THE COMPETITION RULES AND REGULATIONS

 
The following rules apply to ALL entrants and their entries: 


Photo Entry:   Photo must be a picture of  the NeuroNeeds (NN) bumper magnet that is affixed to one of the Entrant’s vehicles. Once photo is taken, Entrant must upload their photo of their NN bumper magnet to one of   Entrant’s social media accounts.

In order to be eligible for a monthly prize, each Entrant most provide proof of their social media post to claim their prize.

Format:              

1. Entries shall be in English;

2.Take one photo of your NeuroNeeds magnet on your car;

3. Post that photo on Facebook or Instagram with the caption #neuroneeds2020; or email a screen shot of your social media post to contact@neuroneeds.com.

4. If you post using #neuroneeds2020, please make sure your profile is public so we can see your post;

5. Look for messages from us on social media (or your email) to see if you are the winner of the month.

Opening and Closing Date:
Contest shall commence monthly on January 1, 2020 at 8am Eastern Standard Time (EST-USA), and shall close at 5p.m. (EST-USA) at the end of each consecutive month from January 2020 through April 2020.

Prize: Changes monthly January – April.

 January – One unit of  SpectrumNeeds & CalmNeeds;

 February – One unit of  SpectrumNeeds & CalmNeeds;

 March – One unit of  SpectrumNeeds & CalmNeeds;

April – One unit of  SpectrumNeeds & CalmNeeds;

Results:       There will be a winner chosen by a random drawing each month. Announcement shall be made by 5pm (EST-USA)  within 48 hours of the end of each month from January 2020 through April 2020. 

MISCELLANEOUS:

Bumper Magnet contest entry constitutes an assignment to Neuro Needs, LLC of all copyrights arising under both statute and the common law and all other rights derivative. By entering the Bumper Magnet contest, the Entrant unconditionally  grants permission for Neuro Needs, LLC to utilize in any way  it sees fit the photo and jpeg of a posting and to publish all or part of the summited photo and jpeg.  Entrant further unconditionally  grants Neuro Needs, LLC the right to publish the winning Entrant’s name of the Bumper Magnet contest all without royalty or other consideration.

The Winning Entrant shall be solely responsible for any and all taxes imposed on the Winning Entrant by virtue of receiving the Prize, including but not limited to personal income taxes, real estate transfer taxes, lawyer’s fees or fees of any kind imposed or arising out of a successful participation in this slogan contest and other similar taxes, costs and or fees.

DISPUTES – THE CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CONNECTICUT without regard to any conflicts of laws, and venue shall be exclusively vested in any court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Connecticut.

ALL DECISIONS ARE FINAL.
