THE COMPETETION RULES AND REGULATIONS

 
The following rules apply to ALL entrants and their entries: 


Message:     Slogan must support, build on or relate to the basic mission of SpectrumNeeds™ – namely, “providing nutritional support for children and adults with neurological disorders”.


Format:

1. Entries shall be in English;

2. Each slogan shall be longer than 5 words;

3. Entries must be original

4. Two (2) slogans permitted per entrant.

Opening and Closing Date:Contest shall commence on October 1, 2019 at 8am Eastern Standard Time (EST-USA), and shall close at 5p.m. (EST-USA) on October 31, 2019.

Results: Announcement shall be made by 5pm (EST-USA) November 2, 2019. 

Prize: One favor saver bundle.

MISCELLANEOUS:

Slogan contest entry constitutes an assignment to Neuro Needs, LLC of all copyrights arising under both statute and the common law and all other rights derivative. By entering the slogan contest, the Entrant unconditionally  grants permission for Neuro Needs, LLC to utilize in any way  it sees fit the slogan and to publish all or part of the summited slogan.  Entrant further unconditionally  grants Neuro Needs, LLC the right to publish the winning Entrant’s name of the Slogan contest all without royalty or other consideration.

The Winning Entrant shall be solely responsible for any and all taxes imposed on the Winning Entrant by virtue of receiving the Prize, including but not limited to personal income taxes, real estate transfer taxes, lawyer’s fees or fees of any kind imposed or arising out of a successful participation in this slogan contest and other similar taxes, costs and or fees.

DISPUTES – THE CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CONNECTICUT without regard to any conflicts of laws, and venue shall be exclusively vested in any court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Connecticut.

ALL DECISIONS ARE FINAL.
