CONDITIONS OF USE

Welcome to http://www.neuroneeds.com. Neuro Needs, LLC and/or its affiliates provide products and services to you when you visit or shop at NeuroNeeds.com or use Neuro Needs products or services (collectively, “Neuro Needs Services”). Neuro Needs provides the Neuro Needs Services subject to the following conditions.

By using Neuro Needs Services, you agree to these conditions. Please read them carefully. Neuro Needs offers a wide range of Services, and sometimes additional terms may apply.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

When you use Neuro Needs Services, or send e-mails, text messages, and other communications from your desktop or mobile device to us, you may be communicating with us electronically. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

COPYRIGHT

All content included in or made available through any Neuro Needs Service, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and digital downloads are the property of Neuro Needs or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws.

TRADEMARKS

Neuro Needs trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Neuro Needs, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Neuro Needs.  All other trademarks not owned by Neuro Needs that appear in any Neuro Needs Service are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Neuro Needs.

YOUR ACCOUNT

You may need your own Neuro Needs account to use certain Neuro Needs Services, and you may be required to be logged in to the account and have a valid payment method associated with it. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Neuro Needs does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under 18, you may use the Neuro Needs Services only with involvement of a parent or guardian. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcohol, or use any site functionality related to alcohol. Neuro Needs reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, terminate your rights to use Neuro Needs Services, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.

RISK OF LOSS

All purchases of physical items from Neuro Needs are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND TITLE

We do our best to do what is right for the customer and are able to offer a 50% refund on your purchase.  We are unfortunately not able to offer a 100% refund because we are not able to (re)sell your returned product.   If you would like to proceed with a refund;

1.) Return Process: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Your item must be in the original packaging.  

2.) Refund Process: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will issue a 50% refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).  You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuers policies.  You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning the item.  

Please note that SpectrumNeeds® is a healthy choice and appropriate for every individual.  In general, SpectrumNeeds® is designed to be used by all individuals who desire a basis of excellent nutritional and dietary interventions to promote improved metabolism, methylation, and neurotransmission.  

In addition to many physicians who take SpectrumNeeds® (Dr.’s Boles, Rossignol, Elice, etc), we all at NeuroNeeds® use the product religiously as well.  Rather than returning the product, you may consider value in offering it to other members of your family.   Please view the below videos to see adults benefiting from the “cocktail:

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Neuro Needs attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Neuro Needs does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any Neuro Needs Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Neuro Needs itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

THE NEURO NEEDS SERVICES AND ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) AND OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE NEURO NEEDS ERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY NEURO NEEDS ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING. NEURO NEEDS MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE NEURO NEEDS SERVICES, OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) OR OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE NEURO NEEDS SERVICES, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE NEURO NEEDS SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, NEURO NEEDS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF ANY NEURO NEEDS SERVICE, OR FROM ANY INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) OR OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH ANY NEURO NEEDS SERVICE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING.

DISPUTES

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any Neuro Needs Service, or to any products or services sold or distributed by Neuro Needs or through paranoidpug.com will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply to this agreement.

APPLICABLE LAW

By using any Neuro Needs Service, you agree that the Federal Arbitration Act, applicable federal law, and the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Neuro Needs.
