Media Consent

You agree to provide NeuroNeeds consent to be videotaped, audiotaped, photographed and otherwise recorded in any form of media by us or our contracted agents, and that the recordings/images may be used in video/multimedia productions, podcasts, advertisements, publications, marketing materials, posting to the website, Facebook, YouTube, or other open websites, or releases to the public press. The recordings may be used alone or combined with narration, music, photography and other materials as NeuroNeeds deems appropriate. NeuroNeeds may record and edit into the recording and to use your name, likeness, image, statements, testimonials, product reviews, voice, and biographical materials in connection with the recording. 

You hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished text/video/audio/multimedia productions, advertisements, photographs, marketing materials or web postings or to the eventual use that it might be applied. You understand that you are not entitled to compensation for the recording or NeuroNeeds’ use thereof and that the recording may be archived for future use.

Clear GIFs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies. Please note that it may take up to 10 days for us to process opt-out requests. Children under 13
